We are a small, boutique winery located in the Redwood Forest of Humboldt County, California. Our
production is less than 1000 cases a year.
Producing a limited number of cases allows the hand selection of the grapes at the optimum time. The grapes
are crushed the same day they are harvested. To permit maximum color and flavor to be extracted, the grapes are hand pressed
during the fermentation process. The wine is then aged 20 months in Hungarian and French oak barrels. All our wines are handcrafted
in small lots, are unfiltered and unfined
